Cancellation by the customer:

If the cancellation is made 22 days or more before the start of the booking, the customer will receive a full refund.

If the cancellation is made 21 days or less before the start of the reservation, the deposit will be withheld.

Cancellation by the hotel:

In the unlikely event that the hotel has to cancel a reservation, we will offer you an alternative date, an alternative room or a full refund of the reservation amount paid by the customer. The hotel is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer in preparing the reservation.

Changes to the booking schedule:

The hotel reserves the right to modify the booking schedule or cancel certain activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a change in the program, the hotel will make every effort to provide a corresponding alternative, otherwise it will refund the amount of the reservation paid by the customer.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation.
